It takes time to create high-quality content. That's why many people try to create content automatically. Unfortunately, that does not lead to good results. Google does not like thin content: Don't forget that search/internet marketing is multi-faceted. Traditional Marketing 101 teachers would say to build a comprehensive plan for marketing. Don't just work the online factors, but create a sound strategy around offline marketing, using ideas like postcards, trade magazines ads, phone/sales work, word of mouth and additional tactics that can help create a "buzz" around your products and services. SEO isn’t magic or voodoo. I know some SEO consultants will make you believe they possess magical powers and only they can optimize your website, but don’t listen to them.
You will definitely want to make sure that past content does not have broken links, as those links will not only do your site and its authority no justice but will more than likely be considered spam content.
Removing the duplicate content can have a very positive influence on the rankings of your pages
When search engines calculate the relevance of a site to a keyword, they consider the number of QUALITY inbound links to that site. So we should not be satisfied with merely getting inbound links, it is the quality of the inbound link that matters. Before you begin to

Panda is a collection of measurements Google is taking of your web pages to try and give your pages a rating on how happy users are likely to be with those pages.
Review your long-tail traffic
Although Google hasn’t officially declared it, there is evidence to suggest that this search engine giant does reward sites with strong user engagement with higher page ranking. SEO moves fast. It’s
an ever-changing discipline where what worked six months ago, might be completely out of date. However, there are some fundamentals that stay more or less the same. When someone does a search (called a query) and the search engine checks the index for all the web pages associated with that search, the search engine needs a way to rank those web pages in an order that is useful for the searcher. If you have an online business or blog, you naturally want it to be seen online by people so as to increase your customer base or audience. This is where SEO or search engine optimization comes in.
Building a Content Marketing Plan
The ability for a piece of content to earn natural links that positively contribute to a website’s link graph is directly proportional to that contents value. In other words, the more valuable the piece of content is, the easier it will be to earn high-value links and increase Google traffic. Conversely, the less valuable a piece of content is, the harder it will be to earn links. Businesses that stick to the old SEO trick of “stuff a post with keywords and use metadata” will get left behind. SEO isn’t about tricking Google or working with spiders – it’s about creating content that wants to get read by your customers. It’s psychological; our brains love lists. If you create some cool list, there is a big chance that people will click on it and later share it. We asked an SEO Specialist
, Gaz Hall, for his thoughts on the matter: "Adding links and information to a forum signature, for example, is a good way to quickly spread awareness about your website, especially if you post often on a specific forum. "
Create local search accounts
There are domains which are better to receive links from than others. These are domains that are “trusted” sources and have higher domain authority. The best way to
figure out what keywords you want to focus on is to look at the keywords your competitors are focusing on. Link building always paves the way for effective relationship building. Whenever any local publication writes about you (and of course, link back to you), you can establish a relationship with the author as well as the organization. It might lead to getting great results as you never know who that author is connected to. The correct order of keywords will generally rank better as compared to the same keyword phrase in a different order.
